My coaching role in this communication process is to help you become clear on your issues and goals, and to help you stay focused on what's important in order to achieve those goals. We all need an external viewpoint on our businesses from time to time in order to help us focus and get rid of the habits that may be holding us back from success.

Our focus with corporate clients is to develop Vice Presidents, General Managers, Sales Managers and other team players to be better equipped to tackle their most critical issues. Typical programs with these executives run for 6-9 months and are extremely beneficial in personal growth.
